I’m Ryan Smith, with Compass here in South Lake Tahoe. I’m licensed in both California and Nevada, and I’m known for bringing a higher level of strategy, communication, and market insight to every aspect of a real estate transaction.

My job is to help you understand what actually matters—so you can make decisions with clarity and avoid expensive surprises.
